Book keeper & Financial Analyst
Full Job Description
We are looking for a Full time skilled Bookkeeper/Financial Analyst to maintain our financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. This includes working closely with our accounting team to create and analyze financial reports and ensure legal requirements compliance, process accounts payable and receivable and manage invoices and tax payments. This position's responsibilities are to accurately record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
Responsibilities
- Record day to day financial transactions and complete the posting process
- Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book and specific ledger or general ledger
- Bring the books to the trial balance stage
- Complete tax forms
- Own PnL, Balance Sheet and Stmt of Cash Flows
- Enters data, maintains records and reports
- Provide financial reports on timely basis and as required
- Ensure check deposits are managed and completed
- Publish and collect client invoices and payables
- Manage all accounts receivables, including publishing, distributing and collecting client receivables.
- Negotiate and manage supply orders including office supplies, physician supplies and reagent supplies
- Negotiate, reconcile and review reference lab payments
- Handle payroll in a timely manner
- Manage all check payments, vendor payments and bill payments – oversee all accounts payables.
- Advise management on budget allocation and resource allocations
- Provide necessary ad hoc financial reports, such as center-wise profitability
- Oversee and approve service contracts, maintenance contracts
Skills
- Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
- Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
- Data entry skills and detail oriented
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software
- Proficiency with MS Office
- High degree of accuracy while working with numbers with proven book keeping experience
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $56,471.00 - $60,240.00 per year
