Position Overview

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Laboratory Technician to join us. You will take responsibility for preparing media, that later on will be sent to various locations across UK. We are offering this role on a full time, fixed term contract for 12 months.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Following recipes to prepare media, buffers, reagents in line with SHE and GMP
• Filling out documentation and making sure everything is traceable
• Laboratory housekeeping activities, including organisation of stock rooms and making sure your workstation is tidy
• Stock rotation of raw-chemicals

Experience Required

• Understanding of Health & Safety requirements
• Excellent attention to details and proactive attitude
• Proficient in various IT systems
• Proven excellent customer service focus and ability to work collaboratively
