What we are looking for… The Senior Risk Associate will be challenged with identifying, assessing, mitigating, and monitoring compliance and operational risks that relate to operating a short-term rental and hospitality business. As a member of the Business Affairs team, you will be responsible for working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our risk management systems are maintained with proper governance. Success in this position will rely heavily on working with cross-functional teams, identifying strategies to build and improve governance processes, analyzing data, and building strong partnerships.
