A high-energy, talented, and data-driven team player to add to our clinical innovation team. The clinical data associate will be essential in supporting the business in reaching success and profitability by developing, proving, and maintaining clinical quality focus for our clients.
Job Functions
Provide outstanding customer service to our customers and colleagues.
Analyze outcome metrics from a large dataset to assist customers to improve patient and staff safety.
Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
Assist with developing new graphs for visual database by writing specifications and testing the graphs prior to publication.
Submit tickets and problem solve data needs with a Support Technician.
Work with cross-functional teams daily.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or Data Analytics.
Experience in using the following software’s: Microsoft Office, R Studio, Python and non-SQL coding.
Clinical knowledge preferred.
Strong consideration will be given to candidates with previous professional experience in healthcare administration and organization.
Self-motivated; able to manage time and multi-task effectively.
Highly organized
