Job Summary
As a Corporate Paralegal you will assist lawyers in the corporate practice group including incorporations, foreign qualification, and corporate organization. Your duties will include preparing and maintaining corporate organization documents, maintaining corporate minute books, stock books, stock ledgers, and capitalization tables.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Administer stock option plans.
- Maintain security holder files.
- Sustain compliance.
- Recognize, research, determine, prepare, and file Blue Sky security filings.
- Facilitate and support closing venture capital financings and M&A transactions.
You will be expected to display excellent communication, critical thinking, organization, spelling, grammar, and computer skills.

Qualifications
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current CA Paralegal certificate
Experience
- 3 years of litigation experience as a Paralegal
- Proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs and applications
