What is a Guest Services Supervisor at AVE?
From a service prospective, you will be responsible for assisting current residents with any work orders, area information, directions, or dining recommendations. You must be able to give driving directions to clients and residents so they can find their way to our community and to area points of interest. You must have strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, be detail oriented, and urgent follow-up skills. You must have a desire to assist others and provide superior customer service, respond quickly to all guest needs, have the ability to market the property to prospective residents and to close leases.

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Hospitality, or relevant/applicable field
- Managing and supervising the day-to-day operational responsibilities of a guest services team
- Training other team members, creating team schedules, pre-planning schedules strategically around PTO, holidays, etc.
- Proven performer with strong initiative and willingness to go above and beyond to exceed expectations
- Positive work ethic and team morale is crucial for team and resident engagement
- Prior experience in a hotel concierge role
- Hotel/property management background strongly preferred
- Tech savvy, and well versed in Microsoft suite especially Excel and able to learn new systems/software quickly
- Experience working as part of an on-site 24/7 operation
Must be available to work the required full-time schedule of Sunday through Thursday with flexibility to cover other shifts including nights and weekends as requested.
