DO YOU MEET THESE QUALIFICATIONS?

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent banking industry experience
• 1 years of branch experience
• Ability to sit at a desk for prolonged periods
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds

WHAT YOU DO AS A RESTAURANT OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR

Expect a minimum of 50 hours per week. Operating hours are as follows:

• Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM
• Friday to Saturday: 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM
• Sunday: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM

As a Restaurant Operations Supervisor, you play a pivotal role in our restaurant's success. You support the manager in achieving profit, performance, and customer service goals. Responsibilities include overseeing restaurant services, ensuring customer service excellence, and managing fair staffing procedures.

You contribute actively to meeting performance standards, controlling operating loss, upholding bank secrecy, and ensuring policy compliance. Your involvement in preparing and approving branch reports showcases a commitment to transparency. Stepping in to manage operations in the manager's absence demonstrates leadership and adaptability, contributing to the overall success of the branch!
