RN Registered Nurse (UM) Unit Manager

We are looking to hire quickly for the Registered Nurse (RN) Manager role. We seek someone who preferentailly has experience and a passion for dementia care.

Some Responsibilities for RN Registered Nurse Manager:

• Lead and oversee one of our skilled nursing units. 
• Develop a collaborative and efficient workplace with specific attention to quality resident care. 
• Perform a range of duties including; maintaining the department, setting long-term goals, and overseeing record-keeping processes.
• Assist nursing staff on floor when needed and rounding of staff to ensure teamwork among the entire nursing unit and leading nurses by example

Requirements for RN Registered Nurse Manager:

• Valid FL Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Positive and upbeat attitude
• In-depth knowledge of legal policies and regulations in the healthcare industry
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
