Responsibilities:

● Assess patient’s conditions

● Record patients’ medical histories and symptoms

● Observe patients and record observations.

● Administering medications

● Recording and monitoring patients’ vital signs.

● Drawing blood samples as needed.

Requirements:

● Valid LPN license

● Valid RN license

● Current TB Test & Physical

● Mandatory Reporter Certificate preferred, but we can help you obtain.

● Valid BLS certification

Compensation and Benefits:

● LPN-$28 DOE

● RN- $34 DOE

● Mileage Reimbursement ( Based on anything over 20 miles from your doorstep)
