Dispatcher | Salary $55-$65k
A transportation/logistics company located in North Sioux City, SD is looking for a Dispatcher to join their team. The Dispatcher will be responsible for clearly communicating scheduled work to our drivers and will answer customer questions regarding the status of their deliveries in an accurate and timely manner.
You'll want to be part of this experienced leadership team that operates with high integrity!
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for drivers, vendors, and customers and will coordinate and balance customer needs.
- Liaison between operations and administration within quality hauling.
- Assign drivers to routes.
- Answer customer calls and handle customer information requests
- Weekly Productivity reporting for all owner-operators and company drivers
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in transportation operations
- Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills a must
- Must be able to use maps, computers, apps, and phones to assist with the dispatching
Benefts
- Annual Salary $55,000 to $65,000 DOE
