Monday Friday, 7 : 00 am 3 : 30 pm. Weekends are required on an as-needed basis

Are you detail-oriented and strategic? Do you have amazing interpersonal skills? If so, a local company is hiring a Temp Procurement Associate! Procurement associates will work with managers and other employees in the purchasing department to identify potential suppliers, determine pricing information, and track the progress of contracts;

ensuring that all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations. We’d love to hear from you, apply now!

Responsibilities :

  • Assisting with sourcing strategies including productivity
  • Working with bids and quotes,
  • Assisting the accounting department with invoices
  • Ensuring implementation of procurement policies, practices, and process improvements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Strong computer skills (specifically Excel)
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Working accurately in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with tight timeframes
  • Ability to multitask and work well on a team as well as productively with limited supervision
