Responsibilities
Financial Management:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and internal controls.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel; experience with hotel management systems is a plus.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and integrity.
Strong leadership and team management skills.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of accounting processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Manage all financial aspects of the hotel including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and compliance with regulations.
- Monitor cash flow and financial performance to maintain fiscal integrity of the property and identify trends that need corrective action.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports including monthly financial statements, profit and loss statements, and cash flow projections.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide management with financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the integrity of financial information and compliance with internal controls.
- Establish and maintain internal control procedures to safeguard assets and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and procedures and recommend improvements as necessary.
- Conduct periodic reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas for enhancement.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to financial reporting and taxation.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations impacting the hospitality industry and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory agencies as necessary.
