HOUSEKEEPING AIDE JOB DESCRIPTION:
Under supervision of the Executive Director, the goal of this position is to create a clean and orderly environment for our clients and guests that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation and creates safety for all clients and guests.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clean and polish lighting fixtures, all surfaces, and trim
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, break rooms, and other work areas
- Sweep and/or vacuums floor
- Dust furniture and equipment
- Wash walls, ceiling, and woodwork
- Paint touchups
- Wash windows, door panels, and sills
- Empty wastebasket
- Transport trash and waste to the disposal area
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Transport small equipment or tools between departments
Knowledge And Skills:
- Medical cleaning experience- preferred
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Knowledge of English language
- High school diploma/GED- preferred
- Basic knowledge of safety requirements
