What are the responsibilities and job description for the QA Analyst (CMMI) position at AVER, LLC?

AVER is looking for a motivated, proactive, and experienced candidate to join our team. Our organization is rapidly growing, with tremendous room for career growth and professional development. We are actively in pursuit of a QA Analyst (CMMI). Successful candidates will provide CMMI process improvement expertise in support of program execution and internal and external process improvement activities.

Responsibilities

  • Support compliance initiatives, ISO audits and CMMI appraisals
  • Analyze and determine the applicability of CMMI Process Areas to the environment, conduct informal gap analysis of the processes and environment against CMMI, drive the creation of action plans, and recommend strategies based on results of gap analysis activities.
  • Schedule and coordinate project activities and communicate with customers, project sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members.
  • Design assisting assets for organizational use in MS Office Formats.
  • Assist in the development of status and compliance reports to higher level management.
  • Research, develop and write content for technical processes, procedures and templates and ensure all documentation is ISO compliant.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field with 5+ years’ experience in a professional business environment.
  • Previous experience or exposure to Process Improvement activities
  • Experience with CMMI for Services; in addition to CMMI for Development
  • Experience with Federal Financial Management Systems, or ERP systems a plus.
  • Ability to demonstrate strong customer service skills through prior work or professional experience
  • Demonstrates strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
