Avera is currently seeking Registered Nurses (RN) looking to deliver the best possible nursing care in Avera's patient-focused settings.Position Highlights:

Job Summary:
- Actively uses the nursing process in goal-focused patient care, demonstrating accountability as an individual and team member.
- Documents the actions taken to address the plan of care
- Works closely with the care team to coordinate patient activities for complete patient continuum of care.
- Provides timely, continuous, age appropriate, collaborative assessment and preparation of patients and families for the next level of care. Provides and documents nursing care to patients of all ages.
- Licensed Registered Nurse in South Dakota. Basic Life Support, TNCC and ACLS certification is mandatory within six months of employment. Demonstrates proficiency within cardiac monitor strip interpretation.
- Previous experience in medical, surgical or pediatric nursing helpful.
- Monday-Friday, 6:00am-6:30pm, 6:00pm-6:30am, 11:00am-11:30pm, E3 wknd/hol; 24hrs/2wks
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
