This position will assist in formal and informal staff education and act as a resource for staff and leaders at BHS.# This position will assist in the development and implementation of therapeutic programming for the behavioral health inpatient units.# Additionally, they will be expected to be a member or lead various committees throughout the hospital.# This position will be accountable for project management for new initiatives throughout the behavioral health department. Education and/or Experience Bachelor#s degree in a Human Services Field required, Master degree preferred.# Certification, Licensure, and/or Registrations # Crisis Prevention Institute#s Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification Required. If not required within 3 months.# Community Healthcare Worker (CHW) is preferred Pay The hourly range for this position is listed below.
