Floyd Valley Healthcare in Le Mars, IA has a full-time (40 hours per week) in our Billing department for a Medical Biller/ Patient Financial Services.
We are looking for AMAZING employees with a "Get It Done" attitude! The ability to work with a TEAM in a collaborative and communicative environment is a MUST!
Responsibilities:
- Ensure insurance filing and billing policies/procedures are kept current.
- Facilitate the processing of insurance appeals of problem claims.
- Prepare daily and monthly bills for processing of mailing.
- Provide financial consultations with patients regarding their medical bills and the status of their claims.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Training in reimbursement/insurance.
- ICD 10 knowledge.
