Avera is currently seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) looking to deliver the best possible care in Avera’s patient-focused settings.
Job Summary
Provides appropriate medical care to all patients by assessing physical, psychological and social dimensions of patients to develop a plan of care.
Education and/or Experience
- Graduate from an NLN accredited school of nursing or equivalent; graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program required.
- Master’s or Doctorate degree required.
- One to three years related experience and/or training required.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, and/or REGISTRATIONS
- An active South Dakota CNP License is required.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure required.
- Federal and State DEA Certification is required by South Dakota employees.
Work Schedule
- 7:30am-4:00pm (and 30 min. lunch)
