What are the responsibilities and job description for the Phlebotomist, As Needed position at Avera?
The Phlebotomist is responsible for organizing specimen collection requests, performing specimen collection procedures, specimen transport and point-of-care and moderate complexity testing procedures following established standards and practices. This position is also responsible for processing telephone calls, lab tests results, cancellations, inquiries, and lab reporting.
