Full-Time Male Supervisor

Averhealth is currently looking for a Male Site Supervisor for our Springfield Holyoke, MA testing locations. This position is full-time working between 35-45 hours per week. This candidate will work 4-5 times a week in Springfield and once a week in Holyoke.

This person MUST be available 7 days per week and primarily working Monday-Friday between 10am-6pm, Saturdays between 9am-12pm, and holidays between 6:45am-10:00am. Variable Days due to random testing needs. You'll be scheduled between 35-45 hours per week, and you'll receive your schedule approximately a month in advance so you'll know what days of the week you're needed to work. 

As a Site Supervisor, you will be working in a Patient Care Center performing an observed collection of urine samples from our patients. You will be responsible for checking in patients, performing the observed collection, shipping the samples to our lab, ensuring that the center remains clean and that our patients are served with respect and dignity. Also training new team members.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

Mobility, walking, climbing, sitting, standing, reaching, bending, lifting (minimum of 10 lbs), carrying, pushing, pulling, fine eye-hand coordination, ability to read, write, listen and speak clearly, the ability to understand and follow written and oral instructions and directions, ability to drive a vehicle and travel, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to use computer, monitor, cell phone, mouse and keyboard extensively as well as other general office equipment.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Bonus Incentives: Employees will receive $75 bi-weekly if you have perfect attendance for every scheduled shift.  You will receive $50 bi-weekly if you call out less than 2 times in the pay period and follow proper call-out procedures, and $50 per every additional covered shift.
