HR Coordinator Job Description:
- Screening and interviewing potential applicants
- Maintaining Affirmative Action compliance
- Recruiting at schools, military bases and job fairs
- Conducting presentations on benefits, policies, and procedures
- Coordinating health screenings, associate meetings, and events
- Conducting compliance reviews
- Assisting with training and development
- Assisting with HR investigations
- Building critical relationships with field

- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Prior HR experience and/or recruiting experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Position may involve frequent travel and ability to work various shifts
- Good driving record
- Experience in transportation and understanding of DOT regulations a plus
- Occasional overnight travel
