Role Overview:

As the Vice President of Product, you'll have the exciting opportunity to shape the future of our product portfolio and shape our product lineup. You'll lead a team of product managers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive product strategy, innovation, and execution. Your focus will be on understanding market trends, identifying customer needs, and delivering high-impact products that drive business growth and enhance the user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with the company's goals and objectives, all while having fun!

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

• Dive into product discovery, research, and validation to uncover new opportunities and enhance existing products, all in a fun and engaging way.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including engineering, design, sales, and marketing, to ensure product success from concept to launch.

• Keep things lively by monitoring and analyzing key metrics to measure product performance, user engagement, and market share.

• Stay ahead of the game by staying up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform product decisions.

Qualifications:

• Deep understanding of digital advertising, media, and technology landscape.

• Experience with direct-to-consumer (D2C), over-the-top (OTT), and advertising technology (ad tech) platforms.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• Proven track record of success in product management delivering successful digital products.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve exceptional results.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels of the organization, making every interaction enjoyable.
