Our customer in Auburn, Indiana is looking to add an experienced and driven plant manager to their team. This person will lead a team of operations, engineering, quality, maintenance and supply chain professionals. This person should be an effective leader and people focused as well as willing to be hands on with the processes and equipment on the floor.
Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven experience improving processes
- Manufacturing leadership experience
- Lean / Six Sigma experience preffered
