Our customer is a diverse and well-established plastic injection molding facility who is looking to add some strong leadership to and technical skills to their growing team. This person will be the right hand to the Supervisor, helping to motivate people, training on machinery, troubleshooting and issues with the equipment and making sure that the operators/team members feel supported in their positions.
