What are the responsibilities and job description for the Vice President of Quality position at Avero?
The Vice President of Quality will be responsible for guiding the Quality Department across several facilities across northern Indiana.
Responsibilities include,
- Leading and executing the Quality strategy and goals
- Assures great service, growth, development, and personnel management to ensure consistency in the Quality Departments
- Adhere to established Quality Management System guidelines provided and assist with development of new/improved QMS systems across business units they are responsible for
- Support and track departmental goals and objectives that provide high levels of quality and product performance
- Obtain, analyze, and coordinates corrective actions on significant deviations from quality standards
- Works with Quality Department and production staff to troubleshoot issues and assist with corrective actions
Salary : $50,100 - $63,500
