Duties & Responsibilities:
Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming
Gather and empty trash
Service, clean, and restock restrooms
Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
Dust furniture, walls, machines, and equipment
Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
Request supplies and equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties
Perform minimal maintenance and repair tasks
Requirements:
Previous custodial experience preferred
Knowledge of, or ability to learn, standard cleaning methods and equipment used in custodial work such as brooms, mops, dust mops, vacuums, scouring devices, etc.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions
Ability to work independently in maintaining a clean and orderly area
Ability to exert continuous physical effort including frequent bending, walking, and heavy lifting
Excellent interpersonal skills for communicating with fellow team members and customers
Salary : $27,100 - $34,300
