Aviagen of Crossville maintenance technician position available. Holiday pay and paid time off start on the first day. All other benefits are effective after 45 days. This position will be working in a maintenance department of about 15-20 other people.

Job requirements:
-Cannot own chickens or birds of any kind
-Cannot live with any other poultry company workers
-Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
Maintenance Technician
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and attributes:
· Minimum of 1-year experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general mechanical
· Certification and/or license in maintenance-related field preferred but not required
· Effective communication: proficient in spoken and written communication skills
· Excellent punctuality and attendance
· Ability to accurately complete paperwork
The following duties will vary according to the needs of the department. Normal duties will include:
· Upkeep, repairs, and maintenance of equipment located on all Crossville facilities
· Strict adherence to biosecurity program
· May perform other tasks as deemed necessary by supervisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $23.00 per hour
