Overview
AVIAN is looking for a Program Scheduler - Journeyman to provide planning, developing, updating, and analyzing of Integrated Government Schedules (IGS), Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP) in support of the Precision Strike Missiles Program Office, PMA-201. The position reports to the Hypersonic Air-Launched OASuW (HALO) Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead and interacts directly with HALO IPT, OEM(s), and other PMA-201/NAVAIR personnel.

Responsibilities
Functional Description:
- Planning, developing, updating, and analyzing Integrated Government Schedules (IGS) evaluating Industry data (to include Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Integrated Master Plans (IMP)
- Developing and presenting reports, reviewing Statements of Work (SOW)
- Identifying and analyzing Critical Path tasks, creating Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and facilitating meetings
Qualifications
Required Experience:
- Must have a minimum of three to ten (3-10) years experience building program schedules or analyzing data related to programs
- Proficiency with an integrated scheduling tools such as MS Project/MSP
- Experience supporting NAVAIR programs or competency organizations, NAVAIR support contracts or NAVAIR suppliers
Required Education:
- BS or BA degree in a relevant technical discipline related to business and finance management.
