Facility Supervisor

As a Facility Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating the development, cleanliness, and maintenance of the camp's buildings, grounds, equipment, and other facilities consistent with the mission and established policies and procedures of the camp. The CORE Responsibilities of a Facility Supervisor:
Keep buildings and grounds safe, clean, and in good repair

- Clean all facilities and document progress on Daily/Weekly/Monthly tracking sheets
- Identify and proactively address safety, security and health hazards
- Respond to emergencies on physical site
- Participate in weekly site "walk throughs" with ADs and other weekly meetings
Maintain records and inventories of camp equipment and supplies
- Proactively manage the ordering of supplies and repair and/or replacement needs as needed
- Maintain and update records related to the camp's preventative maintenance program
In short, we and the Jefferson County School District take great pride in these sites. We want them cared for like a hotel... bathrooms cleaned daily, showers dry, floors swept and mopped, dining hall spotless, etc. In addition, as light maintenance needs arise, we want someone from our team that can step in and solve problems. This role is approximately 80% custodial and about 20% maintenance and repair.

- Minimum 18 years of age with a desire to spend summer surrounded by kids
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance and/or custodial is preferred
Important Dates:
- Training starts in early June. Camp programs run through mid-August. For specific details on each location & program, please click here.
- Work week: 6 days/week, 8-9 hours/day
