Description
- Portering and swapping out broken TV's.
- Programming TV
- Assist patient with TV needs and answering questions on TV operation
- Visit patients, assist with TV issues and give instructions on how to operate TV.
- Perform basic troubleshooting.
- Respond to customer questions and inquiries and resolve complaints.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as required.
- Position requires ability to move freely through hospital 100% of the time. Mobility must include walking, sitting, standing, and occasionally lifting, kneeling, and crouching for periods of time
Requirements
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must be detail oriented, and dependable.
- Must have good verbal and listening communication skills.
- Must have good customer service skills.
- Work hours will vary according to individual customer site schedules. 15-20 Hours per week Including weekend and holiday and weekend.
- Must have your Covid shot
