Rental Car Detailer

Job Summary

The Rental Service Agent is responsible for assisting returning customers and rental pick ups. Integral to this role is the relocation of vehicles around the local area, along with cleaning and ensuring vehicles meet renting standards. The Rental Service Agent performs duties and provides services which reflect the Company’s values. Essential duties and responsibilities, shown below, will vary accordingly based on the location, team size, brand and any specialized or specific requirements.

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure the cleanliness of all returning vehicles
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Assist with retrieval of rental vehicles
• Very miles and gas levels of returning vehicles.
• Clean exterior and interior of vehicles according to prescribed quality standards.
• Turn in any articles left by customers to designated lost and found area.
• Adhere to Company Quality Assurance and Uniform Guidelines.

Qualifications Required Experience

• Previous Customer Service and Sales experience.
• Strong professional demeanor, interpersonal skills

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour
