Our Talent Acquisition Manager:
Our Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for continuous improvement and quality initiatives with our recruitment process and the supervision of fellow TA members. The Talent Acquisition Manager will build relationships with various managers, supervisors, and decision-makers to collaborate on recruitment needs, initiatives, and opportunities for improvement. Equally, they will provide coaching and mentoring to recruiters for professional development and improvement. Using an ATS, the Talent Acquisition Manager will investigate ways to improve job postings and advertisements as well as develop reports to be delivered to executives.
The Talent Acquisition Manager will drive process improvement initiatives, market analysis, trainings, and support our business units with their recruitment needs within the United States, Mexico, and under Driver Recruitment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for developing and integrating tactiful recruitment strategies across the United States, Mexico, and within Driver Recruitment.
- Responsible for developing and implementing the recruitment processes including intakes, developing job advertisements, conducting phone screens/interviews, coordinating interviews, extending job offers, and facilitating new hire orientation.
- Maintain contact and feedback with various hiring managers from a variety of departments for process improvement opportunities and quality initiatives within recruitment.
- Coach, mentor, and develop recruiters to ensure best practices and performance.
- Continuously monitor and update various recruitment processes to adapt to an ever-changing market.
- Work with hiring managers to set realistic expectations for job openings and opportunities.
- Assist HR in the development of salary ranges, job descriptions, new opportunities, etc.
- Find and determine solutions for various problems with-in recruitment, hiring practices, turnover, etc.
- Drive the recruitment process from start-to-finish to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain ATS (ADP) by opening, closing, and modifying existing job boards.
- Instruct and coach recruiters on sourcing strategies for various positions.
- Market various career and retention event opportunities for internal employees.
- Lead and/or participate Talent Acquisition team meetings and HR gatherings.
- Cultivate talent acquisition reports and summaries for executive teams and HR Directors.
- Identifies and implements continual improvement initiatives to enhance the performance of the position, team and company.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership role managing recruitment initiatives.
- Previous experience exciting full cycle recruiting initiatives in a high-volume environment.
- Previous Driver Recruitment experience and/or exposure is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience interacting with various managers, leaders, and decision-makers.
- Strong communication skills and desire to provide positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is strongly preferred.
