Responsibilities

• Complete projects for the multifamily brokerage team.
• Engage with operations team, participate in weekly meetings, and projects as needed.
• Identification of SFR/BTR developers in the Texas market.
• Underwriting of Multifamily/SFR/BTR investment sales transactions.
• Client engagement.
• Assist in contract preparation and review.
• Preparation of client facing deliverables.
• Supports prospecting efforts to win new business.
• Although you are employed as an Intern, you may be required to perform other reasonable duties from time to time as the Company may require.

Qualifications

Must be attending a 4 year college/university
