A leading tech company is seeking a Business Analyst. The successful candidate will maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level. Business Analyst Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $40/hr
- Worksite: Leading technology and data solutions company (Seattle, WA, Open to remote, Required to come 1 day in each quarter)
- W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program
- 40 hours/week, 11 Month Assignment
Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Maintain vendor relationships, acting as a business analyst for non-IT projects or filling organizational roles above an administrative level, but below a management level
- Maintain all project management processes, including project goals, deadlines, metrics, and budget.
- Drive change management and business management strategy for SMC and Digital Sales organization.
- Leverage a change management methodology, process, and tools to create a strategy to support the adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative.
- Enable the design, development, delivery, and management of key communications.
- Partner with Communications and Strategy Execution pillar owners to identify and pursue all opportunities to align messaging and project execution into a streamlined ROB for concise reporting, discussion, and decision-making.
- Design and prepare agendas, decks, scorecards, and other materials.
- Monitor and manage the work of contributing vendor partners to ensure expectations for timelines and work quality are communicated, understood, and met.
- Attend key strategy meetings listening for key messages and opportunities to create cross-team connections, linking strategy to execution.
- Take notes, send out to-dos, and track and report on progress to all relevant audiences.
- Proactively identify issues that impede cross-group success and provide solutions and /or recommendations for mitigation.
- Listen deeply for stakeholders, partners, and associates' feedback, identifying opportunities for information sharing and engagement.
- Facilitate successful implementation of Strategy and Business Management team progress and plans, through weekly meetings and periodic off-site workshops.
- Create effective written and visual communications, project briefs, and plans to ensure progress and stakeholder engagement.
Business Analyst Qualifications:
- 8-10 years of experience is required.
- 5 years of experience in Microsoft Suite (Powerpoint/Excel).
- 5 years of experience in Project Management.
- 5 years of experience with writing and communications Skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
- Financial skills are a plus.
