The successful candidate will provide technical support to litigation case teams during all phases of the discovery process, including searching, collection, and production of ESI (electronically stored information) from within the company’s various systems that generate business records. eDiscovery Analyst Pay and Benefits:
- Hourly pay: $45-70/hr (Pay varies based on candidate's location and experience)

eDiscovery Analyst Responsibilities:
- Search and retrieve data from O365, Google Drive, Confluence, and Jira.
- Process and load data to Relativity, and address issues (e.g., exceptions, missing metadata, processing issues).
- Consult with litigation case teams regarding platform capabilities and features, search construction, document review workflows, and technical data issues.
- Construct and run complex searches on the backend for a variety of platforms (O365, Google Vault, Relativity), and report on the results of searches.
- Construct, manage, and report on litigation document review workflows.
- Prepare documents for litigation production from within Relativity and manage production to opposing counsel.
- Perform quality-control review of Relativity review work-product (e.g., searches, batching),
- Assist litigation case teams with work relating to privilege logs (e.g., coordinating exports of metadata related to documents tagged as privileged and index content normalization).
- Perform training in various review platforms (Relativity and Premium eDiscovery).
- Manage the front and back user interface perspective.
- Assist with the Relativity system infrastructure, maintenance, and administration.
- Work closely with legal team members and the eDiscovery Program Manager to identify, search for, collect, process into Relativity, and produce to opposing parties/regulators responsive data.
- Provide technical training, assistance, and support for lawyers and other staff, and supports external (law firm) document review teams.
eDiscovery Analyst Qualifications:
- 3 years of direct experience with eDiscovery/Litigation.
- MS Purview (eDiscovery Standard and Premium)
- Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA certificate preferred)
- Google Vault.
- Detailed knowledge of litigation technologies and processes, with an emphasis on discovery best practices, electronic document searching, collection, processing, and production are preferred.
- Extensive knowledge of litigation document review workflows, including ones that leverage advanced analytics is preferred.
- Strong technology problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve technology and ESI (electronically stored information) issues are preferred.
- PowerShell Cmdlets/Scripting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Jira, ServiceNow, Code42, FTK Imager, Magnet Axiom and EnCase.
Salary : $60 - $70
