We are recruiting for a career driven and meticulous individual to join our team as a balance sheet reconciliations analyst. You will play a key role in the transformation of the general insurance Balance sheet Reconciliations while being part of a business-as-usual team. You will get the opportunity to work with multiple areas across AVIVA, including offshore teams, to understand current reconciliation processes and improving them. A bit about the job: The main purpose of the job is to provide control over our balance sheet reconciliations while supporting the transformation of processes that support reconciliations. The post-holder will ensure the accuracy and completeness of balance sheet reconciliations and produce supporting management information to agreed deadlines. This will require you to understand the purpose of balance sheet accounts, data and processes. You will often analyse high volumes of data so attention to detail is required together with the ability to stand back, see the bigger picture, understand key issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
