Position Overview : Aviva Psychology Services, a psychotherapy practice consisting of 15-20 dedicated psychologists providing individual and group therapy to diverse clients in the state of Massachusetts, is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant.
The Administrative Assistant will support the front and back end of our business, including data entry, providing responsive client support, and administrative special projects.
This role requires dedicated set hours during 9AM-5PM hours and is fully remote or hybrid. As a small organization there is a unique opportunity to help organize and grow the position over time.

Duties / Responsibilities :
Front-line communication to clients via email and phone.
Provide backup support to intake coordinator and billing specialist.
Conduct phone screenings with inquiring patients to assess appropriateness of fit for the practice and for clinicians as needed in support of the intake coordinator.
Collaborate with staff and patients flexibly and responsively as needed to resolve client concerns.
Data entry for billing.
Check insurance benefits for new and established clients.
Other duties as determined and assigned.
Qualifications and Skills :

Experience with Simple Practice / Electronic Medical Records a plus.
