Essential Functions Include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting residents and visitors at the reception desk professionally and enthusiastically.
- Answering incoming phone calls and performing administrative support tasks for the community.
- Monitoring and operating electronic security control systems.
- Accurately maintaining daily logs, records and forms.
- Monitoring Emergency Response System. Taking immediate action when answering pendant/pull cords or smoke alarms.
- Responding to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.
- Monitoring and controlling access to the building.
- Resolving and following up on all complaints and issues.
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
- Following safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment.
Qualifications
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and without direct supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to respond to emergency situations in a timely manner.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite programs.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in an upright sitting or standing position for long periods of time.
- Ability to handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.
- Ability to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 50 lbs.
- Ability to quickly and easily navigate the property as required to meet job functions.
- Ability to type using a computer keyboard and visually read information off a computer monitor.
- Ability to communicate effectively over the phone and in-person.
All candidates must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screening and a level 2 background check.
