Commercial Property Claims Handler - Salary up to £23,500 (depending on hours, skills and experience) plus additional benefits Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm. Potential opportunities for overtime so may require flexibility. A bit about the job: Our Claims Handlers handle insurance claims with the maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, in an attractive environment. Don’t worry if this is something new for you, full training will be provided. Day to day, you will be dealing with brokers and customers, taking demand over the phone and via email for new and existing claims for commercial property. Skills and experience we’re looking for: • Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers’ needs. • Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal. • Strong negotiation and influencing skills. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Good level of IT skills to navigate systems.
