Customer Service Expert – Starting salary between £22,000 to £27,500 (depending on hours, skills and experience) plus additional benefits Our standard full-time contracts are for 35 hours per week (with options for part time working). However we want you to have the flexibility to increase your working hours if it suits you, so we also offer the option for an enhanced 40 hour contract which has an enhanced salary of up to £27,500. (Initially it will be full-time for training - c. 6 weeks). You will be part of a team which delivers key processes to help customers transfer their pension benefits both to and from Aviva and will really love making a difference in customers lives. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Excellent telephony and administrative skills Accountability for your customers and service their needs in a competent, professional, and timely manner You will be responsible for ensuring customer’s money is moved safely and in-line with the relevant regulations and internal policies and frameworks, so you will need an eye for detail. The ability to understand our digital methods and how they can make things simple and quick for our customers. A positive advocate for your team/area and a ‘go to’ for others to help support you in delighting our customers.
