Executive Assistant - National Salary Circa £30,000. London Salary Circa £37,000. - Fixed Term Contract! We are looking for a confident, organised EA for a Maternity Leave Cover commencing end of January 2023 until end of September 2023. The role supports the Director of Regulatory Engagement and the Director of Financial Crime at Group. A bit about the job: This role provides diary and administration support to the two Directors it is assigned to, as well as broader meetings support to the regulatory engagement team, including on the non-working day of the main regulatory meetings coordinator in the team. The candidate will be expected to liaise with the administrators at our principal regulators (PRA and FCA), and to coordinate availability for a widespread of internal senior stakeholders. Patience and good communication and stakeholder management skills are important. Travel arrangements where required, expenses, and producing simple management team agendas as well as holiday tracking at peak times of year so resources are managed are also part of the role. This is a fixed term contract role until September. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Strong Executive Assistant or Secretarial experience is essential for this role Confident with a proactive approach Capable of working at pace with the ability to prioritise A pleasant telephone manner and ability to be firm when required is important Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt accordingly What you’ll get for this role: National Salary Circa £30,000.
