Risk, Assurance & Capability Lead - Salary £40,000 to £60,000 Are you someone who loves being able to support large operations in risk and assurance but at the same time wants the accountability for building the capability to improve our performance? Property Claims is seeking an individual with strong Risk & Assurance (R&A) expertise to support our operation in driving to its ambitions. In addition, the role will also have accountability for the R & A environment for the Claims Fraud Prevention team. This role will be fundamental in maintaining our market leading position in Property whilst supporting the transformation work underway in Claims Fraud. A bit about the job: This role will lead the Risk & Assurance agenda for Property Claims and Claims Fraud, and contribute to the overall agenda for Claims, ensuring compliance with the Aviva Risk framework, relevant policies and Standards, and Regulator expectations. Managing a team of people, you will manage a robust Control framework and appropriate governance processes to support the achievement of customer and business outcomes. You will maintain all controls and manage the audit programme for Property claims and Claims Fraud. The role will also have accountability for the Property Claims Capability Framework, driving performance across the system through a programme of development and training, both addressing immediate capability gaps whilst also establishing medium to long term programmes and plans to address the workforce of tomorrow.
