Risk Business Partner – Salary National: Circa £55,000 - London: Circa £70,000 This is a great job for someone who is passionate about driving and influencing a positive risk culture at Aviva. You will be confident to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels and to support the delivery of business priorities and good customer outcomes. You will be a risk expert being able to advise and assist on issues to the business, proactively and on request with experience of building and running focused training sessions to help the business manage their risks and responsibilities. A bit about the job: The Risk Business Partner will provide specialist SME expertise that supports delivering a comprehensive risk business partnering service across relevant UKGI Business Units, to enhance business decision making, effectively manage risks and increase the probability of successfully delivering the UKGI strategic ambition. This role will focus on Personal Lines and work within a group of Risk Business Partners working across UKGI. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Knowledge of the General Insurance market, regulatory framework and an understanding of Risk Management Frameworks. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all levels and demonstrate positive attitude towards change and continuous improvement. Advanced planning, prioritising, and organisational skills with the ability to managing multiple tasks and projects. Problem solving and analytical skills to identify the root cause and resolve performance blockages. Experience of introducing regulatory change.
