Job Description: As a bartender at Avli on The Park, you'll infuse every drink you craft with your vibrant personality, creating an atmosphere that captivates our guests. Your passion for mixology, wine knowledge, genuine warmth, and ability to connect with patrons will be the key to ensuring an extraordinary bar experience.

Responsibilities:

• Craft a wide range of exquisite cocktails and beverages.
• Spark conversations with guests, showcasing your knowledge of Greek cuisine, wine, mixology and helping them discover their perfect drink.
• Create a welcoming and inclusive environment where guests feel comfortable exploring new flavors and experiences.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure seamless service, from the bar to the dining area.
• Keep the bar area immaculate and inviting, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
• Listen attentively to guest preferences and tailor recommendations to suit their tastes.
• Elevate the overall guest experience through your engaging presence and personalized interactions.
• Contribute to menu development, suggesting new and innovative cocktails that reflect your unique style.
• Participate in training and workshops to continuously enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends.
• Handle transactions with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred.

• Exceptional mixology skills and a passion for experimenting with flavors and techniques.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of guests.
