Reporting:
The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible to the Director of Quality.

Key Performance Indicators / Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directly supervise Quality Assurance personnel including actions of a disciplinary nature (excluding termination) in their department.
- Responsible for internal audits of the repair station facility and its internal activities.
- Responsible for monthly review of Shelf Life Controls, Test equipment calibration and controls, and Technical Publications.
- Advises the Director of Quality on matters related to Quality Assurance activities and repair station standards.
- Ensures personnel receive periodic formal and on the job training as applicable; meeting the requirements of the Avmax approved training program.
- Promote company values, vision and mission.
- Ensure the accurate and thorough completion of technical records by maintenance personnel.
- Ensure Avmax technical records are controlled and properly stored.
- Ensure internal and external audits are completed as required to maintain the Avmax Quality Assurance program.
- Establish and maintain a Quality Assurance program.
- Make recommendations for revisions of the RSQCM or other standards to the Director of Quality.
- Controls Company issued Stamps and the Avmax Roster, and ensures required training is accomplished prior to the approval of authority changes.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated capability and competency in field of expertise

- Demonstrated ability to work well with other individuals throughout the organization
- Possesses fundamental aircraft knowledge
- Superior knowledge of CFRs.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience within a Management/Supervisory role.
