What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounting Analyst position at Avon?
Responsibilities
- Respond to vendor payment and Concur-related inquiries from both internal teams and external vendors
- Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, contractors and vendors
- Conduct bank reconciliation and oversee BPO (Business process outsourcing) partner’s banking-related works
- Handle IC (Inter-company) billing for R&D, Shared services, and Marketing expenses among associated companies
- Assist in monthly forecasting activities
- Perform accounts reconciliation on Quarterly or ADHOC base
- Conduct various GL accounts reconciliation
- Process IC Loan Interest invoicing and interest income journal entries
- Handle various financial transactions such as Prepaid Expenses, Corporate Credit Card, Cash Pooling Interest income, Expenses Accrual, Credit Facility Interest accrual, and IC Loans
- Participate in internal control testing for logistics costs
- Coordinate the filing of 1099 forms
- Facilitate HQ Interest Settlement
- Assist in Business License Renewal
Qualifications
- Less than 3 years of experience with accounting, financial analysis or planning
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual English / Korean

Salary Range: $65-80K
