Overview
PURPOSE OF POSITIONThe purpose of the Warehouse Personnel position is to ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. Receives, stores, and distributes material, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Receives log and reconciles packing list with materials receivedReports discrepancies/damages and part number changes to supervisorStocks parts in appropriate binsFills picking tickets, repair orders, incoming invoices or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to parts counterPulls orders accuratelyMarks materials with identifying informationWeighs or counts items for distributionInputs records into the computer systemDrives vehicle to transport stored items from warehouse to shop or to pick up items from several locations for shipmentPrepares parcels for mailingMaintains inventory recordsKeeps work area clean and orderlyProcesses returns and scrap as directedKnows and understands the Client Concern Resolution (CCR) process, and use the program to achieve client satisfactionKnows and understands the Avondale's Privacy and Information Security Policies, and adheres to the requirementsAttends weekly department meetings

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
