Our Avondale Mercedes-Benz Grapevine Vendor Analysts assist the financial team by ensuring and coordination all dealership purchasing in order to maximizing buying power resulting in delivering quality products/services and exceeding contractual obligations while building vendor relationships.

Avondale is proud to represent Mercedes-Benz, Sprinter Commercial Vehicles, Porsche, Aston Martin, Bentley, Rolls Royce, McLaren, Maserati and Koenigseg.

Responsibilities

Identifies opportunities for cost savings via bulk purchasing and discount negotiationsOversees vendor management process compliancePrepares cost savings projections and reports monthlyDevelops and maintains vendor relationshipsReviews vendor contracts for accuracy and completenessReports vendor concerns submitted by membersMaintains vendor management / contract databaseMonitors vendor violationsAssists with month end financial reporting and vendor analytics

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and one to two years relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two yearspurchasing experience required. Experience using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
