We are looking for a great AV Technician (WITH EXPERIENCE ONLY!!) to join our team and help deliver services that turn every event into collaborative and engaging opportunities.

Who we are: Our company specializes in corporate and high-end event lighting. We have produced A-list celebrity events, major corporate conferences and events, and high-end LIVE EVENTS. We are very well known in the Los Angeles event community.

We are rapidly expanding our team and seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Project Manager (with at least 10 years of experience) and crew leaders to lead our future projects and ensure that the team is organized and efficient.

Requirements:

-Have a positive attitude - Smart and efficient worker

- Creative

- Patient (A MUST)

- Be a team player

- VERY organized

- Have a valid California driver's license

- Speak English

- Can work 10 or more shifts if needed

- Can climb on a ladder/lifts

- Can push and lift production cases

Additional:

- At least 3 years experience in production lighting and audio

- Audio/visual experience is preferred

- Previous event logistics management experience preferred.

- Enforcement of company rules

- Follow company rules and maintain a professional image

- Previous management experience is a bonus for leadership positions.

**What is Required from You **

-You must have a lot of flexibility in your work availability (many of our events are on weekends and night shifts)

-You must be meticulous in your attention to detail (all the events require an eye for detail)

All events are required to look tailored and professional)

- You must also have some level of technical knowledge and experience with at least some of the following: LED screen panels, Rigging, trusses and structures, LED fixtures, Conventional fixtures, Source four & gobo fixtures, Intelligent moving lights, Addresses, channels DMX cables, Trees set up. Lighting Controls Experience with pro sound system

• Lighting Technicians: 3 years (Preferred)
• Audio Technicians: 3 years (Preferred)
• LED Wall and Projections: 3 years (Preferred)
• Generator and Power Distribution: 3 years (Preferred)
