How You'll Make a Difference

Under general supervision, the Data Analyst/Programmer Staff is responsible for working directly with the business units and defining requirements, architecting the solution and develops data extracts and reports applying analytics, methods, and processes. Develops and executes on quality tests, validates data and data integrity and collaborates with the business requestor to perform user acceptance testing. Provides direction and mentoring to other Data Analyst /Programmers.

Utilize Your Skills By:

  • Develops integration interfaces suing various methods, such as XML, XSD, JSON, TXT, etc.
  • Develops database and services artifacts, such as SQL, SPROC, Defined-Types, Functions, etc.
  • Uses a number of tools to produce record sets for reporting purposes
  • Creates reports with a variety of platforms, such as MS SQL Server Reporting, Tableau, Excel, etc.
  • Creates components (C#, JavaScript, etc.) to process EDI transfers, using Visual Studio and other tools
  • Programs data warehouse routines and scripts to enrich and analyze business data
  • Develops SSIS services for data transformation routines
  • Develops deployment components and scripts with adequate quality assurance routines and rollback scripts
  • Any other task or duty as assigned or required

What You'll Need to Bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a Business or Technology related field with 4 years of experience in a healthcare related industry
  • Build relationships within the business units.
  • Experience in database design, table modeling, and procedure scripting
  • Experience in EDI transfers and source-destination transformation (mapping)
  • Experience in Microsoft SQL Server 2014 database, and SSIS development
  • Experience with Health Insurance industry and related acronyms and data models preferred.
  • Ability to mentor other Data Analyst / Programmers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,000.00 - $82,000.00 per year
